Scope of work :

The main facades renovation works and the item includes the following works:

• Dismantling the corrugated sheet on the facades and maintaining the metal structure
• Closing the openings on the facades with 16 mm thick cement boards.
• Finishing works for external walls with crushed stone of Spanish-type marble.
• Aluminum cladding works for the facades of the type of fire-resistant Technobond.
• Quick maintenance workshop.
• Aluminum works – metal paints work – lighting works – ventilation fans work.
• Dongfeng exhibition floor replacement work.

Roof maintenance work and item includes:

• Replacing damaged sheet – Moisture insulation works.
